The 2010-11 Performance Indicators are now available for all grantees on the 21st CCLC Benchmarking Tool. In addition the Student Data Portal enables 21st Century grants to access assessment data for their participating students in order to evaluate student performance.

With the release of the 2011 Individual ISAT data 21st Century Grant-holders can view test results for their participants. Register your students now and ISAT student-level performance information will populate to the grant. PSAE results are expected later this month and will automatically update once available. The Student Data Portal in the 21st CCLC Program has been updated for grant holders to enter students for the 2010-11 school year. Any student id entered since January (2011) will populate with the 2011 student data once the data is available later this summer. We anticipate having ISAT results for you by late July and PSAE by late August. In the meantime you can register your students and the information will automatically update later. Watch this announcement section for more updates.

The update in the student id features is now in place. 21st CCLC grants can enter either the state SIS ID or the local student ID number to retrieve student performance on state assessments. Currently, the 21st CCLC Student Data Portal is designed to identify students based on the state assigned 9 digit SISID. However, due to requests from a number of grants, we are updating the portal to allow you to enter EITHER the state assigned 9 digit SISID OR the local student ID. This update will be available beginning on October 20th, 2010.

The 2010 Student Assessment results have been posted to the 21st CCLC student data portal. Use this feature to prepare the student performance information you need for your PPICS reports. The Student Data Portal of the 21st Century CLC Illinois benchmark web tool will be open on Thursday, July 8.
To access the portal, click on the link "21st CCLC Student Data Portal" in the lower part of the home screen after you login.
The portal is ready to accept SISID and student information in the screens provided. However, at this time the performance data will report results for the state assessments administered in the 2008-09 year. The student data for the ISAT and IAA assessments administered in 2009-2010 will be posted on the 21st Century student data portal later in July, after the final release from ISBE. Final PSAE performance results will be posted early in August.
State assessment student performance reports for 2009-2010 data are due in PPICS by the close of business day on October 29, 2010.
